Canine officers are policeman who work with dogs as partners. They patrol, apprehend criminals and are specially trained to handle situations that humans can’t. Canine tasks include, detecting explosives, tracking both humans and drugs and also other illegal substances. Our new deputies are equipped and trained with the skills needed to effectively respond and perform for any encounter. Deputy Dubai a Dutch Shepherd and Deputy Tosca a Belgian Malinois, are certified tracking, Narcotics and apprehension K-9’s.
